I mean it’s a shameless plug but truly, I Want to Thank You is such a lovely gift. You’ve seen the sweet illustrations, I hope? One of my old neighbors has been writing gratitude letters AS INSCRIPTIONS in the book. Genius, right? This sweet picture book (ages 5-8) is about how good it feels to write gratitude letters, and how once you get started, you realize how many people there are to thank. It’s a great first step toward helping kids develop their own gratitude practice.
Isolation Journal by Suleika Jaouad
Suleika Jaouad, author of the incredible book Between Two Kingdoms, runs a writing community/newsletter called The Isolation Journals, and just put out a lovely journal with a beautiful introduction page.
